Hi, we are thinking about having a late holiday, 22nd oct to 29th oct ( schoolhalf term fror us) but I'm concerned about the resort and if there are still plenty places open? and what's the daytime temp then? I know evenings will be cool compared to July & Aug. We were in Icmeler 3 times already this year and we are having serious withdrawal symptoms... is OCT, especially LATE OCT ok?

the days will still be nice but you might get some rain
some of the places in icmeler will be starting to shut down but there will still be plenty things open dont worry
the nights will be cooler so you will need a jumper
hope this helps

We've been in the latter half of October for the past few years and always been relatively lucky with the weather - on the beach most days! We're going from the 14th to the 21st this year and fingers crossed we'll be lucky again. As Katie says you might get the odd day of rain, and it does get a bit cooler at night, so you might want to take a light jacket, cardi or a wrap.
I think it's a nice time to visit Icmeler, actually - it is quieter, and places are starting to close towards the end of the month, but there are still plenty of places open, and because it's quieter, people have more time to chat to you. Also, shopkeepers and stallholders tend to want to get rid of stock before the season ends, so you can pick up some bargains too!
