boat trips

any one know how much it costs to hire a boat for the day. ive been to marmaris 6 times and always go on the lazy day trips. as there are 15 of us this year i wondered if we could afford our own boat. any one done this? any idea how much it costs?
just booked for august 2011. first time in icmeler and cant wait. staying in the Ekinci palace apt.
