Posted: 19 Aug 2008 14:25Omg what can i say..... this is the first time ive been able to sit down and tell you all how my first holiday to Icmeler was.....
First off can i just thank all the staff at ICR for organising a fantastic holiday for me and my family.
We only had an hr delay going out but we didnt mind that as we clawed that back at dalaman airport.. my word theyre fast in there, no sooner were we off the plane than our luggage was on the caruosel waiting for us.
We got outside the airport to be greeted by an ICR rep who told us were our minibus was to take us to the resort. We arrived at the resort 5pm local time had a quick shower and change and were out to meet my brother whod been there for a week already.
The apartments were really nice we stayed in the Tuncay and Mustafa and Fatima were very welcoming and couldnt do enough for you (even pushing you in the pool...Ill get him back 1 year)
The apartments were ideally situated just outside the old town and it only took about 5-10 mins stroll to the resort centre. there are some nice bars and restraunts on the way down especially harry rams and the robin hood bar.
I would reccomend these apartments to anyone who wants a lovely peaceful holiday cos here you will get it.
The only thing i didnt like was on our last week a gang of germans came to the pool and decided to take it over... we felt a little bit uncoftortable when they were there but apart from that it was lovely.
Eating out wasnt a problem at all we ate in a lot of different restraunts but my fav was captail bullshits deffo gonna go bk there nx year.
only 49 weeks to wait lol
