Electronic Visa - now I'm confused

Can you still pay £10 in the airport at passport control? If this has been in place since April has anyone been since?

You can still buy your visa at the airport as normal. I read somewhere that it will be compulsory to use an e-visa in 3/4 months time but that there will be machines at Dalaman airport where you can buy them.

I've bought my e-visa online but not going till 4th June, but a friend of mine has used hers no problem

Got our sticker visa mid-april as normal - not a hint of something new to come at all. You've more chance of getting a smile and a thank you from a machine though, so it'll be a more pleasant experience when it changes

The new evisa is dead easy to get.
Just make the application online (http://www.evisa.gov.tr)and send, a reply comes back for confirmation, confirm then they respond with the payment page, fill in,send and then your evisa is with you in seconds, just print and save. $20 covers 6 months, max 90 days stay.

I think we will continue to get at Dalaman, as I have heard that charges apply, as do fees for currency transaction..... they dont miss a trick to make a few extra ££££
